Lessons From a Lemonade Stand

Kids Provide A Real "Customer Service" Story

· human resources,Corporate Video,Kids,lemonade,Training

My corporate client and I were deciding on a suite of videos for the next all-company meeting. When we got to yellow, we both yelled out "lemonade!"

This would be the perfect analogy for customer service, one of our messages that needed to be given, as directed by my clients' executive brass. By deciding that the lemonade stand would be fairly sophisticated (for kids), we could imbue it with customer situations that paralleled his company's retail operation.

The rest is a video that has stood the test of time. Here is "Lemonade".
